Click the Copy signature button below. Your signature is copied automatically — no selecting needed.

Open Gmail → click the gear ⚙ top right → See all settings → scroll down to Signature → click + Create new.

Click inside the Gmail signature text box and paste with Ctrl+V / Cmd+V. The signature will appear exactly as shown.

Scroll to the bottom of Gmail Settings and click Save Changes. Done!
